Yes. I'm not a fan of graham crackers either. You can crush Oreos, gingersnaps, chocolate wafers, vanilla wafers, etc. mixed with butter, or you can crush up toasted almonds/hazelnuts, icing sugar, flour, butter and pre-bake that as a crust. Brownies also work, but cook them as normal in your springform and cool completely before you add the cheesecake batter. They won't overcook.

You don't have to use a graham cracker crust to make cheesecake. Consider making any of the following substitutions and the end result should still be great. Using the same butter and crumb ratio that the recipes calls for, use one of the following in place of the graham crackers depending on the flavor of your cheeescake and which would taste best.

    vanilla wafer cookies

    oreos or chocolate sandwich cookies

    shortbread cookies

    teddy grahams

    quick cooking oats

buttered crackers (saltines or ritz crackers)

Try an Oreo crust or any kind of cookie or cracker for the crust

If you have a food processor just put a bunch of any kind of cookies into it and grind them up, then drizzle melted butter into it until it starts to form a ball. Spread that out in a pie pan (a tart pan with a removable bottom works best) and chill it for an hour or so.and pour in your filling, then chill again. Make sure to work it up the sides of the pan all the way to the top.

I like vanilla wafers or ginger snaps, but you can use Oreos or any cookie you like.

shortbread cookies, vanilla wafers, oreos, lots of cookies that crumb up very nicely other than graham crackers to make crust. you can grind any nuts up really finely in food processor or blender and make crust from them, or you can just put the cheese cake filling directly in a dish and bake it without having any crust.
