The Mars Volta - Between Omar and Cedric, I've never heard anything quite like it. There are a few that are slightly similar (Closure in Moscow, for one) but not clones.
Nevermore - Warrel Dane has the most unique voice in all of metal. End of story. That, their inability to be categorized, and Jeff Loomis' absurd guitar playing.
Sik'Th - Just plain craziness. I still have no idea what the **** to call them.
