Every time my computer restarts it moves my files and changes my desktop background?
Starting today after my computer installed a windows update and was required to restart, every time I shut it down/restart it, when it comes back on my files are moved so I can only find them by going through my C drive and my user profile. My desktop background is changed and my files on my desktop are gone...What is happening!?? Please help!

Restart your laptop in command prompt, and run explorer.Exe how to do this: 1. Press energy key/button to /restart laptop 2. Just in opening of beginning, preserve on urgent F8 time and again. This may bring up choice menu for dependable mode, command mode, usual mode and so forth. (key to be pressed may just range to your computer. If this is the case, determine with other function keys) three. Pick command immediate four. At command immediate, style explorer.Exe and press Enter key: explorer.Exe[Enter] it will have to run explorer.Exe for you. IF ABOVE DOES now not WORK: in command mode, alternate to folder c:WINDOWSSystem32: cd [Enter] cd windowssystem32[Enter] run explorer.Exe explorer.ExeEnter IF ABOVE do not WORK: get a copy of explorer.Exe from every other computer, paste it into your c:windowssystem32 folder to exchange older one. Then attempt to restart your computer in typical mode.
