Why does God answer more prayers for healing wherever the doctors are more available and qualified?

Easy. God is imaginary.

Doctors thing some times that they are Gods but some times they also make big mistakes and it cost a life. God does help certain doctors when it is needed in preserving the life of one who has still much work to do on the earth . Miracles happen more often then people think.

One of the truly disillusioning experiences in life is to go to a Catholic basilica

and see the hundreds upon hundreds of crutches, canes, prosthesis, etc. that

have been left behind by the faithful on the understanding that they have been

cured of their afflictions by visiting a "holy place".

It's a reminder that one half of the population are under average in intelligence,

isn't it? Stupid people are so easily victimized by the clergy.

There are, of course, no "miracles" - healing or otherwise - just overly

impressionable people of limited intellect.

Because through Christians, God gave the world modern medicine and doctors. What do you think of hospitals such as St. Jude. In fact, Christians gave the world greater peace and prosperity.

What are you thankful for that the “world” has given? Modern medicine, modern science, hospitals, the Red Cross’es from where the Red Crescent’s ensue, mother Teresa’s, modern democracy, YMCA’s, YWCA’s, Salvation Armies, and reverend Harvard universities? They are the gifts of the Followers of Christ whom Jesus indwells and lives through. The greatest scientists such as Pascal, Newton, Pasteur, and the Father of Genetics Mendel were all men of faith who concluded that God created us. Clear example: 20th century atheist China was atrocious, lack of prayers and lack of healing and lack of doctors. Then, Christianity grew and continues to grow at unprecented rate, creating Boss Christians and Doctor Christians. More prayers and more doctors and more healing. Thus, greater peace and prosperity ensue from the growth of Christianity.

It's a blessing and a sign of luck to be in these areas. I have a seizure disorder, and I know that I'm lucky that I have doctors, whereas centuries ago, I probably would have been condemned as a demon of some sort.

I've been to the Dr more times than I want to remember. The tests, the barium, the colon cleanse, X-rays, panic in the MRI. They never cure me just give me drugs. I take like 12 different pills a day....I don't know, life sucks and then you die.

What makes you think this is the case? In fact, our missionaries in lands where there is no medical care at all available report many divine, miraculous healings.

God takes bribes.

@Arch: I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that there are no cameras or unbiased witnesses around for these "miracles".

Be careful they are weak minded and don't want that info to get out, they would look more like what they really are.

"MAGIC !!" Can you imagine how empty waiting rooms would be if God done his Job and Christians had 110% faith in him to do it
