use a banish deck then GG.

Just about every Dragon requires Graveyard manipulation to win. so use cards that banish, negate monster effects or cards that prevent special summons. cards like this will shut down a dragon deck.

    Lost Sanctuary

Its a fairy deck comprising of mostly light fairy type monsters. There is a card called "Master Hyperion" Level 8, 2700ATK, 2100DEF, which can be special summoned by banishing an agent monster (the deck is full of them) from your hand field or grave which is pretty easy to carry out. This card can destroy any of your opponents cards by banishing one light fairy type from your graveyard. This is useful for taking out Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon if your opponent has a dragon deck.

Also, if you can get yourself hold of a card called Nurse Reficule, and combine it with a trap called Gift Card, you can do some serious damage. Research them and you'll know why.

So if you can get hold of 3 x lost sanctuary deck you can make a pretty solid fairy deck

    Hope that helps

Use cards that prevent special summoning. I run a Dragon deck that uses a lot of special summoning and those kinds of cards gives me a hard time. Also, cards that banish cards when sent to the graveyard is a good strategy too.

Archlord Krystia is my favorite. You can also use mind drain to get rid of most dragons. Once they can't activate their effects to special summon from the hand, it's a matter of destroying one or two monsters a turn. Tokens are fun as well with token stampede which prevents them from being destroyed by battle. Also, dragon collide isn't as focused on xyz summoning, so a water deck with gravity bind or level limit area b would force him to do so. He'll respond with either an xyz summon or sit until he can destroy your gravity bind, so from there he has 3 options to win: low levels like the calculator, xyz monsters like hieratic sun dragon of heliopolis (because they don't have levels,) or he can use spell/trap destruction (wingbeat of giant dragon, for example.) In order to succeed, you'll have to make use of traps to destroy your opponent's monsters, maybe have some cards to counteract xyz monsters (like overlay eater,) and have some spell and trap protection (imperial custom.) You can also use complete lockdown strategies with imperial custom if you really want to screw your opponent, but it's conditional.

Source(s): http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Tips:Imperial_Cu... Goodness, I love problems like these. If you email me what archetype of deck you already have or a few cards you would especially like to use, I'll email you the solution. Every archetype against every archetype, there is some way of winning, finding that way is a puzzle to me.

Dragons like to swarm, use a lockdown deck unless they are too (horus?.
