Are they gonna make a "Batman Beyond" movie?

They made a Batman Beyond movie, called Batman Beyond: The return of the Joker. It was really good. I liked it.

Then Batman Beyond, Terry McGinnis & Senior citizen Bruce Wayne have 2 episode appearances in the animation, The Justice League: Unlimited.

-The Episode, "Epilogue" Is the complete origin story to Terry McGinnis. That episode is completely about him.

-Then, there's a guest appearance in time traveling "the once and future thing" Broken in 2 parts. I think in the 2nd part you see Terry & old Bruce.

If you can't get enough of Terry McGinnis just pick up the comics. But I don't think there's enough fan-base for Terry to have his own blockbuster live-action film. I also prefer terry in the animated form. Going live action with this stuff is risky, things that are suppose to look cool can come off looking as cheesy, corny and just bad. I want Terry to stay Terry.

If you want to watch a really good Batman movie. I think the best one ever made is,

"Batman: Under the RedHood"

I definitely recommend you watch this after Batman Beyond:Return of the joker.

Teen Titans has a movie too but its not as good. It okay. Robin finally ends up with Starfire.

Anyway, Dick only takes up the mantle of Batman once, after everyone thinks he's dead but he's actually lost in time. They did a cross over in the comics where they see a future Batman and think it was Dick but it was actually Terry. By the time Terry comes into the picture, Bruce is completely alone. No alfred, no dick, nobody. All Bruce has is Terry. So I'm assuming at some point Dick moved on with his life or died. All the robins get a tragic story including Tim Drake but Dick so there's probably going to be a really tragic story for him at some point.

Terry is a character created for Batman Beyond, which happens some 40 years into the future. Bruce Wayne retires Batman after an incident which left him and a kidnapping victim seriously injured, Terry discovers his secret and convinces Wayne to help him bring back batman. Dick Grayson had been offered the cowl on a number of occasions, and during one series took it up when they thought Bruce Wayne was dead, but in the end returns to being Night Wing once Wayne returns. I doubt there will ever be a Batman Beyond movie, the show was ingloriously terminated after 3 seasons, there was an episode of Justice League Unlimited which wrapped up the story in a way, but no further development of the story has occurred since.

I love that cartoon where Bruce Wayne retires as the Dark Knight and that young kid takes over, I believe his name starts with Terry. Then in the other comics I read, Dick Grayson becomes Batman. How that can that be? Dick Grayson will forever be known as Nightwing.
