I don't believe he has re-established himself as a top manager. I do believe he established himself as a top manager years ago and nothing has changed. Those that have doubted that are coming to realize he is one of the best in the game. There were issues outside of his control in Boston which I never believed should have fallen on his shoulders. I knew he would go to another team and make them better because of his presents.

I agree with Frizzer that Francona has been a top manager for years. You can't blame him for the actions of a few bone heads in Boston. Not even the great Bobby V could turn them around (yes, that is sarcasm).

He has been a top manager and never lost that placement. He's doing a great job with the Indians. He wasn't considered anything less than a top manager in 2011, his overpaid players just quit on him and he, being the great leader he is, took the blame

Yes he is a top manager. Tito's a good guy too. Too bad we gave him the boot
Cons: None.
