    im not sure what software they used but you can make the same kind of animation in Synfig its a free 2d animation software and its very high quality

    for animations like that i think you have to maybe thicken the outline make separate parts of the body and use bones to animate it and it will look like that

    sorry i dissapoint you but you cant make a video like this cause any tool that can do this needs money!and not cheap!i would recommend you check youtube<<How to make an animation video with power point>>!this can help and make something similar to this....you just record it with recording software and POOF you have your own animation video!but its not and so easy....give it a try!
