What car is best to buy for a wedding Limo?

I want to buy a car that I can rent out as a wedding limo, and also use myself as a weekend / fun car.

I have a budget of £4000 and have narrowed down the following :

Rover 75 (conniseur spec with cream leather, V6 engine to avoid head gasket issues)

Jaguar X Type (a better car than the 75 but more desirable, more expensive to insure)

Jaguar S Type (Best looking of the 3 in my opinion but least relaible and most expensive to maintain)

There low mileage examples of all of these vehicles around, all with service history and all the best colours for wedding limos like gold, silver, beige etc.

Any thoughts, or sugestions for cars I've perhaps overlooked that may make ideal classic wedding limos.

Update:

A £4000 car ? for one, the bride would not KNOW the actual value of the car and many wedding limos are based on old cars that would have depreciated, I even saw a Rolls Royce Phantom for only 9 grand so the cost of the car is irrelevent if it has been well cared for and looks classy.

Update 2:

@ Evylin the modified dog, the KV6 is less prone to HGF that the 1.8 litre engine as the 1.8 litre engine had a major design issue with the manifold. The engine of choice is of course the BMW Diesel unit, but very few low milleage at 4 grand. As I said in my post, a fun weekend car that could also be used as a wedding limo, I'm not talking about a major busness here.

For 4 grand look at a classic car like a old Rover 2000 or a Jag Xj6, not a modern one.

Well whilst most young women may not know how to replace a clutch i rather think that they have a far better idea of what is something a bit special in a car than you seem to imagine.

Personally i would not give a Rover 75 garage room.

With a budget of just 4k i would be more tempted to go for a Volvo S80. With the overall cost of a White Wedding i think it unlikely that too many Brides will want to economise on the Wedding car so i do not think your plan would be much of a Money spinner.

You really haven't got much of a clue about this, have you?

Not even the scabbiest, least ambitious bride in the country is going to be happy in a standard Jag x type or worse, a Rover 75 on her big day. These cars will litter the council estate where she comes from, mostly up on bricks.....

Either buy a PROPER limo or forget it.

EDIT: "Rover 75....V6 engine to avoid head gasket issues" - LOL, you really haven't much of a clue about Rover 75s either.

EDIT #2.. The KV6 is even more prone to HGF than the 4 pot, along with all manner of other issues. Check the Rover forums if you don't believe me.

Also, a Rover 75 as a "weekend fun car"? You must have very low expectations of fun.

And you need your head examined if you spend £4k on a R75, £400 maybe.....

i'm able to purchase enormously plenty any vehicle and opt to have a DB9, i'm on my 2d and my 0.33 is due August. they seem to be an excellent all around vehicle. they are speedy, "sense" high priced and are not showy, i blend in completely. the motor vehicle makes me sense sucessful, comfortable and assured. people like the motor vehicle, are respectly of it and its occupants and customary civilly ask approximately it. I savour suprising people via offering to take them for a spin in it. oh, and it gets me from A to B i'm questioning what to reserve for next year and that i'm able to't say i'm pondering any on your record. Oh nicely, each and each to his very own i assume. We used to have 2 SAABs plus the DB9 yet final year ( in a hurry ) desperate we did no longer use them so offered mitsubishis. no longer in all probability for fee saving, it grew to become into in trouble-free terms a shaggy dog tale "it is the 1st storage shall we purchase them" variety of difficulty. What a stunning mistake that grew to become into, ar they made up of cardboard ??? So, they are via alter in September and that i think we are going to get SAABs returned. i'm a million/2 questioning of an Ariel Atom for a blast around as nicely. I believe one answer, Nobles are outstanding vehicles. i do no longer see the evaluate the way people idolise and dream after vehicles. they are only products.

Sorry but you expect a Bride to use a £4000 car on the best day of her life. You are on a loser there.
