A Good Diet Plan when traveling?

I need a diet plan for traveling for 4 days that is not too expensive and will make me feel full. Keep it as healthy and filling as possible without going over a 50 dollar budget or a reasonable budget.

Update:

I need to be able to go places fast during those 4 days. So make sure the food in the diet plan can be found in a cafe or fast food place generally. Please make the diet plan with a mindset that its goal is to help me gain as little weight as possible. Please make sure it is practical in regards that when I am going to be traveling I will be in a group.Be as specific as possible. Thanks!

Most places now offer salads and fruits.

Salad, no dressing unless it is light. Chopped or diced fruit is a great addition to the salad and often with the fruit I find there is no need for a dressing.

    Snacks, again fruits if possible.

Yogurt is great again adding fruit and possibly a bit of low fat granola. Watch the pre made granola a lot of it is very high fat and sugar.

For a quick grab and go item some of the 100 calorie snack packs are good but they are easy to over do them and I find they are expensive. If you can pre pack items to snack on before you leave that might be better.

    Final suggestion...

    Water, water and more water.

As you travel keep water with you either flavored or plain, still of fizzy it does not matter but drink lots of water. Keeps you hydrated but it will also keep your hands full so you are less likely to grab something else to eat or drink.

Try to take as many snacks with you as possible that are portable. Get some of the meal replacement bars or protein bars and put them in your backpack or luggage. Check the nutritional values on them - look for ones that are as high in protein and low in fat, calories and carbs as possible. You can use one of these for breakfast or a snack, if needed. When you arrive, see if there is a convenience store or grocery store near where you are staying (and get permission if you need it). You can get items like fresh fruit (bananas or apples), carrot sticks, fruit cups, nuts, etc... and bottles of water. These can also be used as snacks or meal additions so you don't have to order as much at the fast food place. For example, if you have some carrot sticks or an apple, you really only need to order a sandwich. You can usually get a cup for water for free. That way, your meal should only cost about $3 - $5 and you will definitely make your budget.

When eating fast food, opt for salads or chicken whenever possible. Do not get the creamy style dressings (ranch) - choose something like a vinaigrette or even honey mustard if available. For chicken, choose grilled or broiled over fried. If fried, remove the breading. If only sandwiches are available, skip the bun (or ask for sandwich to be wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun). Order any side that isn't fries - apple slices or fresh fruit, yogurt, side salad - even a baked potato or chili from Wendy's would be better than fries.

If available, choose Subway over a burger place. There are plenty of ways to make the meal more nutritional than burgers. Select a wheat or whole grain bun, lean meats like turkey or chicken and stay away from mayo-laden sauces. Add plenty of veggies to make it more filling.

Also, places like Panera Bread or even Chipotle can be better choices for you. Plenty of salad, sandwich or soup options at Panera that can be healthy. Chipotle servings are so large that you can probably split one with a friend and save money at the same time.

Your best bet is to just look at the menu and make the best/healthiest choice you can from the selections available. Many places now have calories listed on their menus or somehwere in the restaurant, so be sure to check that out.
