Is this a good argument that Jehovah doesn't exist?

Harvey the Invisible Rabbit says that Jehovah doesn't exist and Harvey is infallible. Since you can't prove a negative, you can't prove that Harvey DOESN'T exist, so he must be correct.

It's a bit simplistic and kind of illogical to disprove one invisible friend based on the testimony of another invisible friend.

What about evidence (or lack thereof) such as no verifiable and documented incidence of anyone every having actually met either of these two entities? Or a continued non-verification in our present day now that we have audio and video equipment to document things? According to ancient scribes who wrote the Bible, Jehovah used to have no problem talking to people and doing amazing miracles all the time way back when there were no recording devices. But now mysteriously, now that things are communicated via other sources besides people's mouths along with their faulty and prone to fantasy brains, Jehovah has suddenly become too shy to talk to anyone anymore? Or maybe he used to exist, but has since died or moved on to some other planet or universe that is more interesting? Either way, we don't see or hear much out of him.

A good argument has verifiable evidence to prove the claim.
