How to Scan artwork into a digital copy?

I have a sketch that I need to upload to the internet. It's a sketch done with ink and watercolors so the paper is a little wrinkled (And thinker than regular printing paper if that counts for anything?), will that effect it? Also, do you think the UPS store can do this? If not, I could use the name of some reliable places. Thanks

    I think a post office might have a scanner. most schools have scanners. maby go to the office and ask if you can use a scanner.
