Using a walk in freezer as room addition.?

I have a 18 by 22 patio (with foundation perimeter) that I've planned on building a room addition on. I have the opportunity to purchase a 19' by 25' used walk in freezer($1000) that I was considering using as the rooms frame work. The panel widths are such that I could reduce the rooms footprint slightly to accommodate perimeter facelift (veneer).

Would this be a viable alternative to framing a room. What are your thoughts?

That sounds really nice! When it's finished, you should take a picture for your local newspaper home improvement column. People are re-purposing shipping containers like that, but I've never seen it done with a walk-in freezer.
