You present nothing to support your contention that democrats are the problem. As to decency in the Office of President ... I'd say Obama has been far more decent than Bush and Chaney and has been more honourable than the GOP block in Congress (which is where the blame for the sorry state of US federal politics belongs)

Sorry, but it only takes a little bit of (open minded) research to see that it's mainly the Republicans that have caused the problems. Despite all attempts by Republicans to be obstructionist the economy is slowly improving, the deficit is decreasing and unemployment is dropping. And remember that it was 8 years of a Republican president that eroded budget surplus, started two wars and presided over the economy that collapsed just as Obama was taking office. There is cause to blame the Democrats for many things but in comparison to the GOP their record is pretty good.

Hm. Clinton left a surplus. Republicans turned that into trillion dollar deficits.

When Obama took office, we were losing 800,000 jobs a month and the Dow was at 6500. We’ve since gained well over 6,000,000 jobs and the Dow is over 15,000 - an all-time high.

I don’t see where things are worse now than when we finally got rid of GW. Now, if the adolescent Republicans in Congress would grow up, we could actually get something done.

The slow recovery is due to one thing: Republican obstructionism.

Quit depending on the government or the rich to fix it. We as a nation need to clean up this mess, not a room full of people.
