So if the world were to end what would happen to Ghosts?
Also if the universe was to end what would happen to ghosts and all our souls?
Would they just go into the afterlife dimension or go to another universe etc.?

I would say it's probably impossible for the universe to "end".
But as for the world, I believe it will be changed significantly when Jesus returns- that many people will be destroyed- maybe it can be said the world as we know it will end at that point and a new world will begin.
I believe our souls (I call them our spirits) share the same universe with us, and they continue living after we die, but we typically can't sense them if we are still living our mortal life. I don't know where in the universe they reside- maybe sometimes they are here among us.
