All those generator's and websites that make you take survey's do not work. If it was that easy, everyone would do it. There really is no way to get free MSP codes. Just save up a little money and buy them online. They can usually be found cheaper than retail.

Woah you downloaded generators you do know that, that will give you viruses. You probably have lots of malicious items in your computer. You also said you completed surveys. People just put a survey and say they will give you a code but they won't. You just gave those people money because for every survey you complete the more money they get. You can get free Microsoft points from Xbox Rewards: rewards.xbox.com. The surveys you take there are customer satisfactory surveys and are just asking questions on what you want to see or what do you think of something. You can also get Microsoft points from Bing Rewards. You search everyday the maximum you can and raise Bing Reward points to trade them in for Microsoft points. Both Bing and Xbox Rewards are owned for Microsoft so they are guaranteed to work.

Yes, you can ask someone you know to buy you the prepaid cards or to give you the equivalent money as gifts for your birthday, Christmas, or some other gift giving reason.
You can also earn free Microsoft Points from Microsoft by using the Microsoft created, hosted, and controlled programs Bing Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards; Bing Rewards is a built in feature of Microsoft's search engine Bing, and Xbox Live Rewards has been shown on Xbox Live as well as Xbox.com, and neither of them require you to get people to sign up with referral links.

I'd hate to break it to you but there is no possible way these "websites" are just going to let you download and generate MSP without some of your personal info.

There's no way unless you can caught one of those websites within the first 12 hours its open. Microsoft will close them down after that
