Anyone get bfp with these symptoms?

im 6 days past ovulation experiencing period type pains which is way to soon to be getting ive major backache and loads of twinges getn stretchy cervicalmucus and pains in boobs the odd time also feeling sharp pain at pubic area and bubbles in stomach i ovulated day 15 and had unprotected day 12 i never get backaches wen im even due my period anyone had this and ended up pregnant currently trying for 3rd baby as miscarried in november this first month.emotionaly ready been like this 3 days now
