I think PRINCESS gave a nice sum up.

I've been there like 8 years ago.

Depending on the country you live in, u might like or not Shram Sheikh.

There are Resorts everywhere. In Egypt , in general, you better choose at least 4 star hotels or better 5 stars.

Which is sure, Scuba diving in Red Sea is something (was the same in Hurdagha) and the Desert deserves to be seen too.

Hhhmmm but be sure, you will never pay the right price, they will certainly get you somewhere :D

PS: I've been there in September too, and was still dam hot !

Sharm el-Sheikh may be the Sinai Peninsula's key tourism center and one of the world's prime fishing locations and today you may get there your vacation with the help of this place hotelbye . Sharm el Sheikh is among Egypt's most readily useful destinations if you would like to relax on the beach, and it's a preferred by family vacations as a result of outstanding services on offer. Whether you're here for the sand or the fish life, Sharm el-Sheikh is a good choice for a beach break following discovering the temples and tombs in the rest of the country. Also, fringed by way of a white sand beach and swaying side trees, Naama Bay is the epicentre of Sharm el-Sheikh's resort life. There are plentiful restaurants, cafés, and souvenir stores if you obtain bored of the sand, but Naama Bay is really exactly about the beach.

Are you kidding??By the end of this year, Egypt will have hosted more than 15 million tourists, most of which visit Sharm El Sheikh. It is a world class resort, and I'm sure you guys will have one helluva vacation. If you wanna check out some pics, try the albums in the "Discover Egypt" page on Facebook.

    Yes!!!

Sharm is my most fav place in the ENTIRE world.

However a few warnings to consider before deciding to visit.

1- You will have to barter to get a good price on basically everything.

2-Taxis will beep at you but DO NOT GET INTO AN UNMARKED TAXI!!

3-Locals will try to get you to come into there stores or ride their camels but ignore them if you get on a camel you will end up paying alot of money and if you are thinking about riding a camel decide a prince before hand.

4-If an egyptian man seems interested in you be careful many egyptians will fake feelings for someone to gain a visa, money or to sleep with you.

5-They will take any phones, money ect left in hotel rooms while the room is being cleaned.

Now for the good points if you stay at a descent hotel you will never get bored. There are sooo many thrilling trips like for example the yellow submarine or dolphin spotting - my particular fav,On this trip there are two snorkeling stops (Equipment provided) we were lucky to see a pod of dolphins and leaping sword fish. (TIP FOR WOMEN WEAR A COSTUME NOT A BIKINI FOR THE DOLPHIN TRIP!!!!)

The weather is always nice and the locals appart faparting cheeky are lovely.

Dont leaDon'toung children alone and keep together and you should have no problems.

    Hope i helped :)

    Good luck

P.S-I stayed at one of the coral sea resorts there great, but its your own option ;) (4*)

Only if you're interested in scuba diving. Otherwise, it's a fairly boring place with ugly resorts and bad restaurants.
