Suggestions for Hairfall?

Hey, I'm having hairfall since the past 1 year or so. I feel that its becoming severe now. The worst part is I'm just 16 year old now. In my family, my dad & bro are bald.

Is this due to genetic problem? Any suggestions to stop it?

Thanks in advance.

Toxic shampoos and other hair products are a principal cause of loss. They sicken and harm scalp and hair, cause loss, then block the hair ducts and thus prevent regrowth. Go to "Skin Deep Safety Database" and search "shampoos" and then "hair conditioners" and every other hair product you have used and you will see numerous ones were found to have severely toxic and harmful ingredients that cause loss. The Database identifies others that were found to have no harmful ingredients. You should only use them.

I truly believe I escaped the fate of my grandfather, my father, my two brothers and a totally bald 18 year old nephew through this treatment. All are (or were) completely, or very nearly bald. So I feel the following treatment disproves the genetics theory. SEE the happy testimonial from treatment user on ANSWERS below ## and I have other testimonials

In my early twenties I suffered severe loss. Treatment stopped loss and forced new growth. Many years later I still have all my hair.

TREATMENT: Apply extra virgin olive to scalp (extra virgin coconut works just as well) then brush ALL of scalp ( not just where you have loss as whole of scalp will have been sickened and hair ducts blocked by toxic shampoos) vigorously and firmly using a palm held military brush with 1/2'' or 5/8'' long natural BOAR bristles.(Quite stiff bristles are best). See them on Amazon.

Brush very vigorously and strongly so you feel it stimulating/irritating scalp. Do 90 /110 strokes each session initially and as scalp adjusts build up to 300.. It will unplug the blocked hair ducts and it also forces new growth.

Some shedding and breakage may occur at first but will quickly stop as brushing makes hair better anchored and stronger. After about two to five weeks sparse tiny and new weak hairs will appear. Continued brushing will uproot them and then they will RE-APPEAR EVEN STRONGER but still be sparse but they will not be uprooted no matter how much you brush. Gradually, week by week, growth will be more dense. After brushing session leave oil on for 1 1/2 hours before removing with the safe shampoo

IMPORTANT: Only wash hair with a totally safe pure soap or shampoo with no toxins (no toxic coloring, no toxic fragrances, no toxic preservatives, no harmful additives of any kind). You can find them in GNC, Trader Joes, some Walmart Stores, Cost Plus, Wegmans, Earth Fare, and some natural & health foods stores.

P.S. I returned to England after a 15 years absence to find one completely bald and a near bald brother and a totally bald 18 year old nephew. They were totally surprised to see me with all my hair. Again it clearly shows that genetics has nothing to do with hair loss.

    ## Subject: HAIR LOSS! OMG!

"You may remember me, Mo Satrum, the guy with the constant questioning about the hair loss, well I've been doing it(the treatment) for 2 months now and it's working wonders! My hair loss increased the first few weeks but it gradually slowed down and my hair is gradually going back to normal as it were before. I was always told that hair loss was genetic and you could do nothing about it, but you've proved everyone wrong and even I had my doubts before starting your treatment but I cannot describe how much you've turned my life around! Thank you! I don't know where I would be without you"

May be its genetic problm but you must First of all, one needs a shampoo or hair cleanser, along with conditioner or hair rinse. If the hair is oily, a hair rinse is better. For dry hair, a creamy conditioner may be used. Leave-on conditioners are also available. Apart from these, you would need hair oil, herbal hair tonic and hair pack. One should select products containing herbs like amla, reetha, brahmi, bhringaraj, arnica, trifala, hibiscus (gurhal or javakusuma), bael, neem, sandalwood, etc. Such ingredients not only have powerful healing properties, but offer an element of safety. Husain adds, "We have found that Shatone, a non-oily herbal hair tonic, containing Ayurvedic ingredients like trifala, amla, brahmi, etc, has helped in controlling hair loss. In fact, brahmi helps stress-related hair loss."

As nutritional deficiency is one of the most common causes of hair loss, the diet is very important. A nutritious diet helps healthy hair growth, since the hair is actually fed by the nutrients in the blood stream. You should include a small bowl of sprouts daily in your diet. Sprouts contain amino acids, which are very beneficial to the hair. Also include fresh fruits, raw salads, leafy green vegetables, whole grains and curd in the daily diet. If the scalp is oily, or if there is dandruff, drink plenty of water. Add the juice of a lemon to a glass of water and have it first thing in the morning. Ask your doctor to prescribe vitamin and mineral supplements.

Some natural ways to prevent hair fall that really worked for me.

1.Apply warm green tea on your scalp and leave it on for 30-45 minutes and then rinse.

2.Massage your hair with natural oil(warm) or get someone to do it for you. This will help stimulate good circulation.

3.Apply egg white one hour before shampooing. Its a natural conditioner.

4.Ground and soaked fenugreek seeds with lemon juice to remove dandruff.

5.Eat a lot of fruits and veggies rich in vitamins and minerals. Almost all the fruits helps you stay healthy.

5.Drink water and keep your body hydrated. This keeps you healthy and fit.

    6.Meditation/yoga also helps.

I feel this is a better way to prevent hair fall rather than using expensive cosmetics that may contain harmful chemicals

Genes are part of the balding. SO is aging, but that's obviously not a problem. Stress is also a factor, as well as poor nutrition. If you are not getting any good nutrions, try that. Do a deep conditioning treatment with hot coconut oil. Works for me!
