2 user simultaneous IMAP access?

I have a client who has an email acount with access via IMAP in Outlook 2007 (not Exchange). His secretary accesses the same account with the same user & pass. The client wants to see unread mail in *bold* in Outlook but, if the secretary opens the email, it shows as *Read* in his Outlook.

Is there a way to configure the account so that each person sees email as unread until they open it themselves?

Update:

@Fred: Thanks for the quick reply! That's what I thought, this was a "Hail Mary" question.

No, obviously. The server will see these as a single account. Better would be to have a second account for the secretary and forward a copy to that account.
