What is a good workout schedule?

Right now I've been doing this schedule and do 3 sets of 10 on each exercise

Monday- Arms

Tuesday- Legs

Wednesday- Core

Thursday- Arms

and take the rest of week off.

But I talked to someone who recommended this schedule and doing 5 sets of 5 on each exercise

Monday - Chest/core ends in Calf Press

Tuesday - Back/Biceps ends in Hamstring Curl

Wednesday - Core

Thursday - Shoulders Ends in Leg press

Friday - Biceps/Triceps Ends in SM. Squat

and take weekend off

or if you'd like to please recommend something else I'm trying to find the best schedule for putting on muscle.

    Monday: Whole body

    Tuesday: whole body

    Thursday: whole body

    Friday: whole body

    take Wed, Sat, Sun off..

Whole body workouts exhilarate your body more then split ones.

As for rep ranges and sets

5 reps a set is what a ***** does. Do 15 reps x 3 sets and see how manly you are.

Maximum hypertrophy is like 12-25 reps.

    So is strength

1-3 reps for strength. Bull ****.
