wait as long as it takes. if she responds even after like a week and agrees to hangout thats still a good sign cuz she replied. if she doesnt respond at all or say she is really busy but maybe. dont even waste your time. trust me if a girl says maybe she is playing games with you and the best thing to do it ignore it till she contacts you again. cuz adults dont play games anymore. maybe next time dont email and send a text or message them on facebook. its more personal and a lot less creepy. cuz email is usually for business not romance. then again i dont know how online dating works. but good luck

Just wait for however long it takes, also if you at some point find yourself contacting her any other way stop and look at yourself. One is enough, don't doubt that.
