Vinyl plank flooring color repair?
We have the plank vinyl flooring that lays down like laminate. The vinyl was scuffed by a chair and there is a white color beneath it. Is there a marker or something made to match it that can cover the scuff?

You might be able to find a touch up marker but it ll only partially hide it. You need to go to the plastic office chair pads or a rug. The vinyl is ruined. Sorry. GL

I appreciate Michael giving you a link to a topic about my own Konecto scratch woes. Like you, I scratched my new floor the same day I finished it. By the time I got the scratch concealer spray from Konecto (about a week), the scratch was less noticeable. The spray worked pretty good to hide the scratch even more. In the 3+ years since, I've scratched the floor even more, but the finish seems to have toughened over time. It's a great floor and I'm real happy with it, scratches and all. They aren't very apparent and my visitors say they don't see them, even when I point them out. Best R'gards.

You will have to remove that plank and replace it. YOu can soften the adhesive strips or backing using a hair dryer set on high or a carefully used heat strip gun. Then separate the damaged strip or strips and replace them with new ones.
They do make magic marker type pens for scratches in natural wood but the vinyl will not absorb the ink.

even if you do use a marker you will still see it, you just need to change the peice with a new one left over from the job and if you dont have any material you can change it out with one from the closet or a place in the floor that is hidden by furniture

My vacuum's wheel must've picked up a pebble of sand and it scratched my brand new floor deep enough that you can feel it. I've called the store and we will see what can be done. The scratch resistant factor isn't true in this case.

I am not sure about the marker , but these kind of things cannot give you the clear look as before you have , so the better way to buy a new one , if you can afford.
