How do i stop myself from doing this?

Whenever something negative happens that raises my anger or makes me come into a high emotional state, i rehash it over and over in my head tormenting myself with better ways i could have handled the situation.

Or if someone gets angry with me when I'm blunt and honest and not meaning to offend, it in turn ticks me off.

My interaction with people is generally so painful that i long to be a hermit, but i know i could do the world no good that way.

    your fighting your inner ego!

the worst thing for a person that tries to always do the right thing is to be mistaken as wrong or bad.

it hurts because you built yourself up and don't understand that for some people words are precious and picked carefully, for others, they're a dime a dozen and can be thrown out at any time.

you have to make it your new mantra that whatever happens, you force yourself to get over it, not getting over it is spiritually wrong(im not talking about religion!).

also, don't ever get angry for real, fake it, play with it but keep it as a tool of expression and nothing else.

Clonazepam. You suffer from anxiety most likely. Talk to your doctor.
