Depending on the situation like one thing I would need forever, or one thing i'd take to a desert island..
Forever would be to be surrounded by love/people. I'd go actually insane otherwise, spending the night in my bedroom I go crazy.
If it was to take to a desert island it would be a form of solar powered cd player or something so that I could listen to music to keep myself entertained.
