Do adults need role models?

It is thought that children need positive role models as part of their development and a source of inspiration and influence. But I was wondering if this is of any benefit to adults for whom intelligence and independence defines their age.

What do psychologist think? Should adults have role-models, or do they take up that role?

There is no harm in anyone of any age having a ole model as long as that role model is having a healthy effect on the person's life, education and well being. Adults can be role models but so too can children

it depends on the adult ---wisdom does not come with age, sometimes age arrives without wisdom,

perhaps, mentors is a better choice of words...... mentors fulfill the role of role model plus provide guidance etc

Im a chick, and could have enjoyed to have a place kind yet no person seems to extra healthful the section ok. maximum celebs are skanky and stressful. Lol my place kind became the incorrect type. I enjoyed the female in the action picture 13 and made her my place kind and ended up doing what she did in the action picture. reducing. So....place fashions are lame.
