You can get Internet Explorer 9 back
Do the following.
Go to control panel
Click on programs
then view updated programs
then where it says search installed updates type internet explorer 10
then click uninstall
then restart your computer and you should have Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) back.
But if you want to uninstall it do the following
To uninstall IE
Open Control Panel, click on programs, then under programs and features click turn windows features on or off you may have to type your admin password, after click on the box beside Internet Explorer 9, there u go, you may have to restart.
I am 101% sure it works.

It's generally considered a bad idea to run old versions of Internet Explorer unless you really have to. So I guess I'm asking why you'd want to run 9 instead of 10.
