Is it losing virginity? Medical opinion please?

So how far does the penis have to enter the vagina for it medically speaking be sex? Like say you just put the tip in an inch, maybe two, is that official sex? Im looking for medically correct answers please

    Depending on the source, person and/or religion any sexual act at all is considered losing your virginity (oral sex, fingering etc...).

    However, medically speaking any form of penetration (a penis entering a vagina, any length/amount) would be considered losing your virginity.

    Yes it's losing virginity. If the head is in even slightly, its loss of virginity.

    If it goes in AT ALL, it is considered losing your virginity. You can also get pregnant.
