how to downgrade windows 8 to windows 7? CLEAN INSTALL I have a HP probook 4545s and has UEFI i know for fact that I have to disable some secure boot stuf into the bios but not quite sure whats the other steps

Keep Windows 8 and install a free start menu. You basically turn it into a faster starting version of 7.

you need to buy windows 7 and do a clean install ----the only other way is if you have win 8 pro which offers a free downgrade ---- isn't that phone app great --- bit if you want to tweek your start menu like win 7 here is a virus free link -- 1 of 2

You will need an installation disc for Windows 7. Then you will have to format your hard drive, then install W7. If you want to save any data or documents, you will have to back them up to and external storage device first.
