Internet Explorer not working?
I have old msn conversations saved onto my laptop and to view them, it only works with Internet Explorer. Recently when I try to view them it tells me that the program isn't working and it fails to open up or repair. It used to work fine and I'm not sure what has happened but sometimes it works then it doesn't, how can I fix this? Or if needed, what other ways are there to view them?
I've tried using chrome, firefox etc but only a blank page shows up.

Internet explorer is always performing slowly. I think you have many other options instead use IE so according to my opinion you should chrome, Firefox or opera all are fast in speed instead of IE.

you should run a basic clean up of your computer, ccleaner, defrag, chkdsk, then try again. if this fails you can open .xml files with Microsoft excel and if you do not have Microsoft office you can use open office for free
