Lot's of things can cause a dogs leg to swell. Only a vet can tell you what the problem is and how to treat it. You need to take your dog to a real vet. We are not vets and we cannot diagnose your dog over the Internet.

Really should go to a vet but if your like me and trying to save a buck and do it yourself. Give it a day more. I had two dogs get into a fight. At first it did not look bad. I cleaned it, but it looked swollen the next couple of days. After a few days the swelling went down and it never got infected. This injury was in the ear though. I would be cautious of an injury to a leg. Use your best judgement. ADD: I agree the best course of action is to go to the vet. But during these tough economic times people cannot always afford $50 to walk through the vet's door. Plus the additional money for the meds they will prescribe People often use these types of boards to save money and do things themselves. If the owner can afford a vet today, go. If not, keep it clean and keep an eye on it. If it is infected buck up the money and go.

A swelling on a leg is very rare and looking at where this is coming from (India) then the first thought would be poisonous bite.
If the dog isn't eating and has vomited twice that also tends to lean towards the same thing.
VETS and quickly.

take him to a vet immediately. He might have got himself into an accident eg. he might have slipped or tripped on the floor or might have hurt himself by any blunt object. Also it could be any type of infection in his legs. Pets get infected easily if not taken care of properly. However vomitting indicates something serious problem with the dog. Something which is affecting his metabolism and it could be due to various reasons. A vet will be able to diagnose this with proper investigation.

Check with a doctor , it may be edema, meaning it is fluid accumulation in the tissues of the leg. Usually edema is caused by a circulation issue, where the blood con go into the leg, but something may be restricting the veins that allow the blood to return to the heart

if your dog's leg is swelling especially if you do not know why you should be getting to the vet.
