my last period was 4/14/2013 and I got pregnant on 4/28. I'm 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. I got a positive pregnancy test on 5/13.

Your her friend so you have every right to be concerned about her. She should consult a doctor no matter what age she is. Use a pregnancy test or get someone to buy it for you. If at the worst scenario your friend is pregnant. She can choose to have an abortion or give it up for adoption. But if she is having these symptoms it is possible that she could be pregnant since she did not use a condom. However this also could be her over reacting and her body thinking the same way. At her age, she shouldn't be having sex with guys especially without condoms or protection. Condom is better than birth control and has more reliability to stop pregnancy and transmitted diseases. I hope she learns from this and care more about her body and what risks she is doing. But she is your best friend so be with her and help her no matter what.
