Realtor worried that banks won't approve mortgage on 2 story/unit home. Both floors have gas installed heaters. One floor 750 sq, top floor 650 sq ft. Each unit has 100 amp. To get it sold i was going to install 2-3 baseboards with central Radio thermostat (dimplex company) can't spend a lot of money. Dimplex cost $300+ per floor.

I don't see the problem with gas heat and a mortgage. I wouldn't do anything until a potential buyer has a problem, at that time any upgrades can be negotiated. And yes, electric baseboard heat can be done.
