Very Dangerous Job. Working on the flight Deck of an Aircraft Carrier.

Why not pick a job in the military that will benefit you when you get out of the military??

The Navy has lots of jobs that have civilian equivalents. The Navy will train you and give you experience in that job and then when you get out of the military, you can just walk right in a start the same job.

You need to think long term, You may have to support a family soon.

One Example is Nuclear Reactor Operator on Submarines or Aircraft Carriers> Good job at civilian power plant.

I worked around lots of ordnance people while they loaded bombs inside B-52s. Seemed to be an extremely simple and low tech job.

what kind of future is there in loading bombs? you should try for a job that will benefit you once you get out in the civilian world and pays good. how about avionics, pmel. these two pay extremely well in the civilian world, especially pmel.

First you have to learn how to spell "ordanceman", and once you master that, it is all down hill from there ....
