Can someone advise me about memory on Samsung Galaxy Ace?

Mine is full, but I've hardly got any apps or photos on it. Someone has told me that I may need to clear automatic updates on it but I don't know where or how. Advice please?

U need to buy a larger storage micro sd memory card and transfer yr apps onto the card through the app manager. Also get app cache cleaner app and use it to keep yr phones usable memory clear. U can also perform a restore to factory setting to free up yr phone but u ll have to re download ur apps after and take out the memory card first so u don't loose yr music vids and pics. Get san disk memory app to make sure where yr files r in either phones internal or sd card.
