there are TONS of mascaras out there that add length to you lashes! you just have to find the right one for you! or you could even use "fake" eyelashes to enhance the fullness and length of you eyelashes. As for your boobs thats just genetics =/ you could go to victoria secret though they have AMAZING bra options to make it look like you have more boobs than you really do haha there is the push up bra and the bomb shell which are nice options for girls lacking in the boob department =) as for hair, you could always get extensions??? For real!!!!!!!!! Look HRT is the only way to speed up the growth process but it is not recommended as you are not in control of it if you honestly want to GROW as you put it the areas that you want to the only logical solution is false eye lashes and fake boobs sorry if its not what your looking for but it's the truth my advice if you haven't passed puberty yet .........wait
