Would a black moor goldfish eat a kuhli loach?

I have a black moor goldfish in a 25 gallon tank (the tank was originally built for reptiles, not fish) and currently it's just gravel and fake plants with a filter and heater. I plan on re-doing this setup this weekend and move the black moor into a temporary 10 gallon tank. The temp tank will have the same water as the 25 gallon tank, and the same filter as the large tank had an algae outbreak and needs a thorough scrubbing.

When I'm done with the cleanup, I plan to create a planted tank with anubias and large round stones forming what mimics a riverbed. There would be plenty of hiding places, and I know loaches can be kept singularly, so my question is would my goldfish eat my loach if I got one? My goldie is pretty big, a little over 7 inches including the tail. If this won't work would a few cory catfish work?

The tank temp is kept around 74 degrees, which works for many types of tropical fish, so please don't tell me goldfish are coldwater. Black moor and a few other types of fancy goldfish like warmer waters.

Goldfish are coldwater. You're on the warmer end of what they can tolerate.

Corydoras are never to be housed with goldfish. Unlike some fish, corydoras have barbels and goldfish will try to eat them. The cory's barbels get stuck in the goldfish's throat, and both fish die. That happens more than you think.

I would not house anything but other goldfish, kois, and plecos with goldfish.

I would not get a loach. I'd prefer if you got a bristlenose pleco, but they need 30 gallons minimum. If you kept up on water changes and the water parameters were good, I would say you could do that, but still iffy. I wouldn't professionally recommend it but personally, I'd do it. (Make sense?)

Also, plecos are amazing little guys. Most fish, even oscars, don't mess with them. They have like an armor plate so they won't be a meal!
