Workmans comp case is coming?

to the negotiations part.Does the lawyer make offer to insurance co. first or the insurance co. make offer to lawyer first?

    generally the insurance company makes the first offer. they will go back and forth and then meet in the middle. all worker's comp settlement must be approved in court, by a judge
