Any GOOD relatively old movies? (from 80s & 90s)?

Could someone suggest some good movies from the 80s and 90s, or even 70s?

Not the classic, for example, horror movies like Nightmare on Elm street or The Shining. Movies that belong in genres in like Comedy, Horror/Thriller, Family movies or even Romance.

Anyone?

Roger Ebert is rolling in his grave, Bill. "Old 80s and 90s movies"? C'mon!

For comedy, "Groundhog Day" and "Stripes" still hold up today; these have Bill Murray in his prime.

The first "Back to the Future" was good, "The Princess Bride" is not to be missed, and there was "Raiders of the Last Ark," "Top Gun," "Scarface" - "Say 'ello to my leetle friend!" - "Stand by Me," "Aliens," (which is way more classic horror than "Elm Street), and the slacker beauty of "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." Oh, and speaking of slackers, if you have never seen it, you owe it to yourself to check out "Clerks" from 1994. Silent Bob RULES!
