T-shirt size for a woman 5'4" tall and slim build?

My friend is 5'4" tall and slim. What chest size t-shirt would fit her nicely?

I'm buying something online and the chest sizes are:

Small 32/34

Medium 36/38

    the number on the left is the width, and the number on the right is the length.

    I would go with a small, because i am 5'6 and slim and wear a medium.

    If she has a larger chest the medium might work better.

    i'm tall and narrow, so believe me when I say this: that's an absolute nightmare. short and outfitted. i do no longer quite pick to be outfitted despite the fact that it would be superb to be a touch shorter.
