Also, science disagrees with you, the human occupation of the British isles happened several times, as the ice sheet moved, but generally we came from the germanic tribes across dogger bank. Wit hthe las tmigration around 11,000 years ago...on the east anglian coast !!

That 75% figure has been questioned by many figures in the field, Oppenheimer himself who wrote the study admitted there may be flaws. Genetic studies have revealed that there are large genetic differences between many Welsh and English people. The English are, as you say a hybrid of Anglo-Saxons, Norse and Celts all Northern European tribes with similar cultures (though not languages.)

The term mongrel race isn't one I'd use to describe English people today but I would say we are a mix of different people. Also I think its worth pointing out the difference between peaceful immigration (as the Irish, the Jamaicans have done) and forceful invasion (Anglo-Saxons,the Norse) have done.

England has been invaded so many times that means English people are Mongrels there has been intermarriages of different ancient peoples over the years English people have ancestry from other parts of the UK and also Southern Europe Northern Europe Western Europe Central Europe South East Europe and Eastern Europe English people also have Sub Sahara African and Middle Eastern ancestry the Romans where Mongrels themselves not every Roman was Italian Romans come from all over the place the majority of English people like other British people have Pre Celtic ancestry English people are mostly Celtic like 75% only 5% of English people are Germanic the Celts where from Central Austria Angels Saxons and Jutes came from Northern Germany and Southern Denmark the Vikings and the Normans where from Norway Sweden and Denmark the Angels Saxons Jutes Vikings and Normans where basically Russian but English people are not Slavic they are Mongrels.

I suppose that, if you are going to be racist about it, we should be referred to as a mongrel nation and not a mongrel race. Britain has a proud history of accepting oppressed immigrants and those who come here to become British and work, whilst retaining their own cultural elements.

It is sad that we now seem to have acquired a population of ingrates who who feel that they have the right to lord it over the very people who allowed them to come here. However, they are fighting a losing battle and will eventually evolve to become their own version of British like the rest of us. Otherwise, why stay?

It's all about identity. People will go back as far as they need to to prove they are British, or others aren't British, or whatever.

You talk to the BNP and ask them how far back you have to prove Britishness. Then you find out that many black people have direct white male line descendants, and does that make them British.

The BNP would say no. Any person who is black would not be accepted as British by them.

You realize it's impossible, futile and a waste of time trying to prove who is and who isn't. Better to just accept people for what they say they are.
