since there was no unanimous agreement on the verdict does that mean she is no longer guilty of the murder?

(For the case of Jodi Arias) i kno they said it was a mistrial but i was wondering if she gets a whole new trial or if they just get a new jury to figure out if she will get life or death?

A hung jury, not a mistrial. It simply means that they empanel a new jury for another penalty phase trial. The original verdict is unchanged.

No, the trial is over, she is guilty of 1st degree murder.

This is just about the penalty.

They will revisit/retry the extenuating circumstances to determine whether to sentence to life or death.
