Hockey names for dogs?

Getting a new dog tomorrow and still have yet to figure out a name. Need some ideas. I'm a huge LA Kings fan, but anything will help. Thanks in advance.

  • I'm at home packing for vacation while Killer (named after Doug Gilmour)- my 10-year old greyhound is head-butting me begging for attention (he does this on a regular basis); mostly they want the remnants of the pad thai takeaway that was dinner but we digress. The joke being that the only thing Killer kills is his breakfast and dinner.

If you're adopting...Lucky (for Luc Robitaille) is a decent name...and Rogie (for Rogie Vachon) would be a solid name.

I have two friends who have dogs named Wendel (for Wendel Clark).

And yes, Killer and his buddy Brick (because he's giant and dumb) both have Leafs martingale (greyhound breed-specific collar) collars. Of course they do.
