Youtube buffering problems...?
Is anyone else having issues with buffering? No matter what quality I put a video on, it eventually stops buffering within few minutes. Often, I have to reload the page several times to even get the video to actually play at all. Any help at all would be great, thanks in advance.
I've gone through Oracle.
I've gone through Adobe.
My browser is not hacked.
