I have a nissan ailima trans prob?

Coming back from a trip 300 miles the Trans started making a weird noise going up hill ,And was just about home ,When i got home i ck the fluid and it looked good And was not burned and was top-ed off .Everything was good ,And drove the car the next day and it was fine ,And my wife look on line and found that NISSAN HAD EXT the warty to 10 years or 1200.thousand miles because the CVT trans was giving problem es .And i tuck it to the dealer and they say they hooked it up to the computer and say ed it WAS QT low on fluid (and i had ck it the day b-4 and it was top-ed off AND IT DO NT LEAK But they ck it with the computer and i ck it with the dip stick ,SO is there any one out there that can help me on this ,Or can tell me who i can call to solve this matter ,thanks And the can has 79,669 miles on it now
