Can you have an eating disorder without...?

...a concern or negative feelings or pressure about weight and/or body image? Or do all eating disorders have that as a cause/motive?

Are there any physical causes of eating disorders?

Thanks xx

    Yes you can.

For example, one of my friends had an eating disorder. She was ok with her body, but she didn't like the feeling of being full.

Also, in many cases the person with an eating disorder isn't happy with their body, but theres a bigger underlying issue that causes them to have the disorder.

Not sure about your last question, sorry. Maybe google it?

    Hope this helped :)

NO, I believe that ALL eating disorders (EDs) are mental conditions. Either a distorted self body image or fear from gaining weight, fear of being fat, seem to be the two main reasons for EDs.
