This is called selective enforcement of the law, and its unconstitutional..Boys and girls are constantly having sex with one another in HS..all of it completely illegal...but because these two are gay..the state is prosecuting...so that's illegal

Rape is rape, so yes... Anyone who rapes another person (male/male, female/male, female/female) should be under the jail.
Stop perpetuating nonsense, many liberals do not condone or make excuses for rape or sexual violence... It's usually the radical Right that tries to find reasons not to prosecute (i.e. "She shouldn't have dressed that way", "That's what men do", "It (a woman being attacked by a man/vice versa) is not 'as bad' as 'homosexual' rape").
