Should an 18 year old girl having an affair with a 14 year old girl be treated any differently than an 18?

Year old male would be by the law?

It's a crime either way.

But the 18 year old girl thinks she is being singled out because of her gender.

I hope she gets thrown in prison and put on the sex offenders list. I have a friend who got put on the offenders list for a lot less, public urination in some back alley that he thought nobody was in. Why should this pedophile be treated any differently? If this was a male having sex with a 14 year old girl he would be on the list and arrested without question. Of course, the pedophile and her family think that she is the victim. This seems common among pedophiles.

Edit: What the attorney for this 18 year old failed to say was that if her client was a male it would receive no attention because everyone would agree that he was a pedophile. Why should it be any different for a female? Equal rights, equal punishment.

We decide individuals to write the laws. If you're no longer glad with it then to find new people to pick. Except then, deal with it. We cannot just put into effect what laws we like on a selective foundation. Well, that's now not utterly real. There's a thing referred to as jury nullification. If the general public is so in opposition to the bills the jury (assumed to be a illustration of most of the people) can throw out the case.

Age is the criteria for the basis of the Statutory law. Not Gender. See how simple

that is. Left outs seem to have a hard time understanding facts.

    I saw this story, yeah.

ultimately - its an 18 year old having sex with a 14 year old.

on which planet is that a good thing ?

if it was a 18 year old man having sex with a 14 year old girl it would be a problem, right ?

if it was a 18 year old man having sex with a 14 year old boy it would be a problem, right ?

but because the paedophile, in this case, is a woman - its ok ? I don't think so.

    No. They are all sinning.

"...females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature...working what is obscene and receiving in themselves the full recompense, which was due for their error." Romans 1:26

She is being singled out conservative bigots. She was just trying to nurture the younger girl's sexuality in a safe and supportive environment, free of the persecution homosexuals have to endure every single day of their lives.
