Under 25 y/o car rental problems...for prom?
I'm only 19 years old, and I'm looking to rent a car for only a night for my senior year prom. I've looked at many websites and at the end, it ends up saying that I'm younger than their minimum age requirement, which I understand. But is there any car rental places around the chicago area, specifically around the suburbs that allows a 19 year old rent a car?

It's due to insurance limitations. You aren't going to be renting a car. Sorry.

Would you let an unproven 19 year old drive your expensive asset with no assurance they will ever return it let alone not abuse it ?
Now, if the cars worth $30k and you are willing to put up a $30,000 cash deposit and buy full coverage insurance, they might be willing to make an exception.
Otherwise, WAKE UP.

Its just policy that they don't think they can trust you because they think all teens are stupid.
The teenagers that do drugs and drink and drive and do crime give the vybe to people that are older that we suck and are dumb.
If your parents have a friend who has a cool car call him up him/her up and ask them.
