Carl Froch Questions?

1. Where would you rank him pound for pound among all time great British fighters?

2. Where would you rank him all time at super middleweight?

3. How would he do against the 1990's British super middleweight greats: Chris Eubank, Nigel Benn, Michael Watson and Steve Collins? (No need to go into detail on the fights if you don't want because of the number of questions.)

    1. Top 25 all time great British fighters, which is actually high praise for Froch because there have been some great British fighters.

    2. Super Middle Weight (168lbs.) is a relatively new division, it hasn't been around as long as the original eight, so there aren't that many historical greats in the division. A lot of greats passed through 168 and didn't stay long, so Froch would most likely be somewhere in the top 100.

    3. Nigel Benn might have given Froch Trouble, given they were both sluggers, Benn's power might have got to Froch. I think Froch would have held his own with Watson, Collins and Eubank and actually won decisions against these three if the fight was held in Nottinghamshire. On neutral ground the three fights would be coin tosses that could go either way.

    1. Outside the top 10

    2. Just outside the top 10

    3. He'd lose to Eubank by KO, maybe draw with Benn because of their styles (what a fight that would be by the way!), lose to Watson on points, and win an SD with Collins.

    hello mate ,

    1) of modern fighters only lewis, hamed and calzaghe rank higher ,i think froch ranks with hatton as a good world champion that never really dominated his weight class.

    2) hard to call.....about 8/10

    3) froch would beat eubanks and a young benn but lose to old benn ,collins would be a coin flip and watson would lose
